Both parties in a mentoring relationship have an important role to play. Below you will find guides and resources to help you make the most of the mentoring programme. Please start by reading the mentor guide. It has been developed to help you begin your mentoring journey. You will also find additional developmental resources that the CIPD has made available. Please do not share the content, it is solely for personal use in the course of your role as a Mentee.
